BDSM 101 with Erin Kyna
The world of BDSM is very raw, honest and there are alot of common misconceptions. When it comes to sexual expression, I believe it can be powerful and healing. Peeling back all those layers is never a sweet and vanilla experience though, it means we have to let go of any shame, conditioning, or judgment. If you're here, you're probably curious to know more a bit more about it, and you're in luck because today's guest is going to break down the BDSM 101 for us.
Erin Kyna is a trauma-informed sexuality healer and coach; it is her pleasure and honor to guide women worldwide to embody their inner goddess and their highest potential in all areas of life, including their sexual potential. In this episode, Erin and I spoke all about what BDSM actually is, the healing potential that it holds, how to get started exploring the world of BDSM and consensual kink, and so much more. I encourage you to tune into this episode with an open mind.
In this episode, you'll learn:
What BDSM Stands for
The difference in terminology
Common misconceptions
Power dynamics: dominant and submissive roles
Tools that we can learn from the BDSM Community
